Bay Area Mechanical is your trusted, local heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) specialist. Bay Area Mechanical is based out of Pasadena, Maryland and has been serving both residential and commercial customers since 2005.  Tony Decker, President/Owner of Bay Area Mechanical, decided to start his own company when he noticed that customer service was lacking in the HVAC industry. He felt that quality workmanship could still be done at a fair price. He started out with just himself, and ran the business out of his home. He took care of all the service calls, installations and administration. Bay Area has since grown to now having over 25 employees. Treating customers with respect and courtesy has attributed to our success and growth. We offer professional HVAC/R installation, service, and maintenance on any manufacturer’s line of equipment, including; Goodman, Trane, Carrier and Mitsubishi.
