As an independent, locally owned company, we have worked hard for over 65 years to become the trusted source for gas and welding needs in the Twin Cities metro area, northern Minnesota, and northwestern Wisconsin. Our main goal is to provide large company resources and capabilities to customers while still maintaining the small company atmosphere and flexibility that allows us to provide great customer service.  Our portfolio of products and services includes industrial, medical, & specialty gases, welding & cutting equipment, filler metals, abrasives, safety equipment, and a repair center staffed by certified service technicians. Our fleet of delivery trucks allows us to offer next day delivery on any of the gases and products that we have in-stock.

In 1946, Minneapolis Oxygen Company (MO2) began as a small, independent distributor of industrial gases and welding supplies. We operated out of one location with three employees. By 1969, we had grown to twenty employees and two locations. Our company offered cylinder filling and bulk delivery capabilities in the Twin Cities area.  Today, MO2’s fifty employees work out of five locations. Our fleet of route delivery trucks and bulk delivery units service customers in the Twin Cities, Western Wisconsin, and in the Duluth/Iron Range area. As a family owned business, we are proud to offer reliability, honesty, and dedicated customer service.
