Agri-Empresa, LLC was founded in 1977 and is the Permian Basin’s largest privately owned manufacturer, packager, and distributor of oilfield and industrial use chemicals. We have expanded our operations throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Our facilities allow Agri-Empresa to provide a variety of weighting agents and clays, lost circulation materials and drilling mud products to our customers. Our customers can optimize efficiencies by mixing truckload quantities, thereby reducing their inventory and shipping costs. Agri-Empresa’s warehousing and packaging services allow customers to purchase only the amounts required along with the ability to private label using custom bags to package their products.

In connection with these operations, Agri-Empresa has five subsidiaries:

Agri-Empresa and its subsidiaries provide a full range of services to the oil and gas industry, including:

• Manufacturing and Blending- utilizing the railroad to bring in large bulk volumes of dry and liquid material to be blended and sized to meet customer specifications
• Bagging, Packaging, and Palletizing- product packaging presented in different variations,including generic, private label, or Agri-Empresa product, utilizing high-speed bagging and automatic palletizing and shrink wrapping
• Bulk Storage– with a capacity of over 10,000 tons of bulk storage located in the heart of the Permian Basin.
• Warehousing and Distribution- experienced warehouse management, inventory control and well-site transportation, providing superior service to our customers for over 31 years
• Laboratory Services– full laboratory available for testing and formulating a wide variety of chemical products, focusing on drilling, completion, and production chemical technologies
• Transloading Services– hazardous and non hazardous chemical transloading, frac sand and dry bulk transloading
