WHY KILLMAN HEATING & AIR

Killman Heating & Air has been providing Lexington County and its surrounding areas with heating and air conditioning services since 1999. After being employed by Michelin for 19 years, Andy Killman decided to step out on his own to form Killman Heating & Air. During his career at Michelin, Andy attended school at night, earning a degree in HVAC. Armed with his degree, an Unlimited Technical Mechanical License from the South Carolina Contractors Licensing Board (M100897), a Master Mechanical Card from the City of Columbia and a Master Gas Card (MGF832), he had the knowledge and skill set to confidently manage the business.

A FAMILY BUSINESS

Andy’s wife, Pam and their three children work alongside him and their team at Killman Heating and air. Adam joined the company in 2002 after earning is degree in HVAC. In May 2010, Andy took a step in the direction of expansion by opening a showroom, which is located at 1110 West Main Street in Lexington, SC where Hwy 1 and Hwy 378 split, displaying several products offered, including: a full line of heating and air systems, remote and mountable thermostats, tankless water heaters, mini splits and filters.  Due to the fast growth of the company, Alex and Amanda came on board in 2014. After earning his degree in Retail Management and passing the Unlimited Technical Mechanical exam, Alex came alongside of Andy and Adam to work in the field. Amanda joined Pam in the office and accepted the position of Office Manager.
