PPSL has been providing a design, supply and installation service for pre-insulated pipe systems which are primarily used in district heating and cooling networks for over 30 years.

PPSL also offers a reactive repair service for aging pre-insulated pipe systems installed by other companies.

PPSL continues to evolve and can boast to have some of the most skilled and experienced pre-insulated pipe experts in the industry, including Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, Class 1 Welders and Fusion Welders, all with decades of experience in the pre-insulated pipe and district heating and cooling industry.

We specialise in high quality installations consisting of fusion welded and shrink joints which are subject to rigorous pressure testing procedures, as well as a percentage of our steel butt welds undergoing non-destructive testing (NDT) to demonstrate the high quality of our work.
