JD Ross Energy is a global energy recruitment consultancy, born out of the merger of two high performing energy businesses, JDR Energy International and McLean Ross. McLean Ross, founded by Catherine McLean, was a market leader in the utilities space, working across commercial and corporate functions. JDR Energy specialised on FEED, construction, installation, commissioning and O&M of power generation (conventional and renewable) projects.  The merger of the two businesses has given us a unique position in the industry, covering the full energy mix, from the first spade in the ground, to turning the light switch on at home and everything in between including the technology that underpins the sector. We are very proud to say that we do energy and only energy, entrenching ourselves in the innovation the runs through industry today. This passion for energy has led to us winning numerous awards for our growth and service, expanding globally to offices in London, New York, Amsterdam and Sydney.
