Ponticelli, Brand and Semco joined forces in 2019 to establish “PBS by Ponticelli”, an Aberdeen-based integrated services consortium led by Ponticelli. In January 2020, PBS was awarded by TOTAL E&P (UK) a long term General Maintenance & Operations Contract to provide technical services (engineering, construction, general maintenance, fabric maintenance and operations support) to all its assets in the UKCS.
