Langford Energy Partners

Langford Energy Partners was formed in 2020 and is based in Austin, TX. The team previously worked together as founding members of Luxe Energy and Luxe Minerals. Prior to Luxe, they served in leadership roles in Statoil's US Onshore division. Before joining Statoil, the same team served as executives for Brigham Exploration, and drove Brigham’s success in the Bakken. They continued to manage Brigham’s significant growth in the play through the merger with Statoil in 2011, until leaving to form Luxe. In 2016, Luxe I sold its Delaware Basin position for $560 million to Diamondback Energy. In 2017, Luxe Energy II and Luxe Minerals were formed and grew to approximately 35,000 net acres in 15,000 net royalty acres respectively throughout the Permian Basin.
