Bayswater

Bayswater (and the Bayswater Companies) is a Denver based Oil and Gas development company that was founded in 2004.  The Companies have historically owned and operated properties throughout the Rocky Mountains, the Mid Continent Region, California, and the Permian Basin.  Current operations are focused in the DJ Basin Codell-Niobrara play and the Permian Basin.  Since 2010, Bayswater has been a principal in a series of energy funds, and in 2016 became a Registered Investment Advisor. Bayswater closed its third fund on October 20, 2017 (the Bayswater Elgin Natural Resources Fund III) at $390 MM and has fully committed that capital.

Our Strategy

Bayswater is committed to responsible energy development, and focuses on the top resource plays and basins within the United States, which typically have the lowest breakeven costs, best development economics, and are supported by a robust competitive service sector.

• Since 2010, Bayswater has raised and deployed capital in a series of energy funds. We became a Registered Investment Advisor in 2016, and are currently deploying capital in the Bayswater Natural Resources Fund IV.
