Biogas-E vzw is the platform for the implementation of anaerobic digestion in Flanders. Within Biogas-E, the aim is to provide optimal and neutral support for a healthy and stable biogas sector in Flanders. The activities of Biogas-E are summarized below.

Biogas-E vzw is an independent knowledge center with regard to all aspects (technological, economic, legislative, social, ecological) of anaerobic digestion. By working closely with various institutions, Biogas-E keeps a solid footing in practice.

Biogas-E reaches its target audience through the distribution of newsletters and publication of articles on its own website. The Biogas-E magazine is published twice a year, highlighting the most important topics within the sector. Every year, Biogas-E publishes the progress report, in which the current situation and expectations for anaerobic digestion in Flanders are described. In addition, Biogas-E tries with many other publications and brochures to address specific points for attention and bottlenecks within the sector.
