Pipeline Systems, Inc. was founded in 1982 to provide construction services to the oil and gas industry in the Appalachian Basin. At that time the primary focus was on building gas gathering systems and setting up tanks, units and well heads for the booming Medina gas play in northwestern Pennsylvania.
