Petroleum Site Works is a unique contractor owned and operated by George Wages and Jeanie Shipley.  We specialize in all  phases of petroleum work - installation, repairs and maintenance. We are capable of handling large tank jobs, to smaller projects such as dispenser change outs, sump repairs, impact valve replacements, trench drains, bollards, metal curbing repairs, third party inspections, etc. We are proud to offer over 45 years of experience.    We have 16 trained employees, 95% of those employees have been together for over 25 years. We are a very versatile contractor and can usually handle any situation presented to us.  Each of our employees has their own talents.  For over 10 years we were ExxonMobil’s “go to” contractor in the Metropolitan Washington area (MD, VA, DC).   Although we specialize in petroleum, we have experience in a wide range of fields: glass work (store front windows), automatic door locks, door repairs, asphalt and concrete repairs and replacement  (parking lots, sidewalks, curbing), plumbing (toilets, faucets, broken water lines, hot water tanks, septic systems, etc),  damaged canopy column panels, electrical (breakers, ballasts, sign repair, etc), air compressors, car wash doors  (installation and repairs), and painting to name a few.   We have 21 service vehicles, dump trucks, bucket trucks, and own all of our equipment (backhoes, skid steers, air compressors, asphalt roller, etc).  Should an emergency occur, we should be able to respond at a moments notice.
