EcoSolar & Electric

Alison and Eric Andrews, owners of EcoSolar and Electric, both grew up with a respect and understanding for solar power.  Alison grew up off-grid in her family's cabin along the Rogue River outside of Gold Beach, OR, an experience that continues to  offer her a unique perspective and appreciation for solar power.  Eric spent his childhood in Nebraska and had an uncle who was an electrical engineering professor at University Nebraska at Lincoln.  Before the age of ten, Eric's uncle introduced him to a circuit board that was connected to a solar panel and, when wired correctly, would illuminate a light bulb that was also connected to the circuit.  That was all it took; his fascination with solar was ignited.  Both Alison and Eric had careers outside of the solar industry prior to moving to the Klamath Basin in 2007.  Upon moving to Klamath Falls, they immediately recognized the power that sunshine holds for the residents of the Klamath basin and decided that Klamath Falls was where they wanted to sink their roots and start their family.  Later that year, in November 2007, they opened EcoSolar and Electric with the commitment to educate and empower its customers to take control of their energy consumption (and production), while providing the opportunity to decrease their power bills by installing solar.   The Andrews family and EcoSolar and Electric have both grown steadily since 2007.  Eric and Alison began expanding their family a decade ago and have been blessed with two bright and energetic additions, Samson and Boden.  Currently, EcoSolar and Electric employees nearly ten employees, each of whom focus on providing high-caliber customer service and workmanship in every interaction.  With a commitment to using only top-quality products in all of its installations and as a fully-licensed solar and electrical contractor in Oregon, the EcoSolar team completes each system from start to finish -- from design work, to processing incentive paperwork, to the actual installation process.
