Zuni Electric, Inc.

Zuni Electric, Inc. was established in 1984 in Alamogordo, NM as a small business enterprise.  Zuni Electric is owned and operated by Rodney Eaton and Bryce Eaton.   We currently hold the EE98 & EL1 NM Construction licenses and employ over 25 full-time employees that are trained both in the electrical field and in the operation of all company equipment and vehicles. Zuni Electric not only has the ability and equipment to perform commercial and industrial electrical projects, but we are also qualified in many other electrical related areas.  Zuni Electric is the electrical division of Polson & Grady, Ltd. The P&G gang regularly teams together to perform complete mechanical, electrical, & plumbing (MEP) services. Our “sister” companies are Southwest Air Systems, Inc. and General Hydronics-Plumbing, LLC. Polson & Grady can also provide utility & concrete services thru General Hydonics-Utilities, LLC & General Hydronics-Concrete, LLC.  We have been a member of Southern New Mexico Independent Electrical Contractors Apprenticeship program since 2002. Rodney is a current board member with SNMIEC and a past president for SNMIEC. We have had sixteen employees complete the four-year training program.  We currently have four apprentices participating in the program.  Since Zuni Electric’s inception, we have completed numerous projects for the military, area schools, and commercial enterprises.  In 2016, Zuni Electric was accepted to participate in the four-year contract thru Cooperative Educational Services.  Zuni Electric is fully insured and bonded thru the Burke Insurance Group, LLC, which is based out of Las Cruces, NM, agent Will Burke.
