First Choice Heating & Cooling was established in 2001 by Bryan McIntyre. A former service technician, Bryan always had a desire to start his own business backed by the simple idea that his customers should be treated the way that he and his team would like to be treated. It may be a simple concept, but it is one that countless contractors in the industry struggle with.  When you schedule your HVAC, water heater, geothermal, or indoor air quality services with our team, you don't have to worry about being met with high-pressure sales tactics from technicians that would be better off as salespeople. Instead, you'll be met with technicians truly looking to get you the best performance possible from your equipment.  By shifting the focus away from constant upgrades and costly replacements to the proper completion of necessary and preventive services, we can keep your equipment up and running the way it is meant to for as long as possible. Of course, when you do need installations, upgrades, or system replacements, we'll be there to get those jobs done right as well.
