Staten Solar

Staten Solar is an international developer and EPC of solar PV systems.  Founded in 2008, based in Silicon Valley, with a subsidiary in New Delhi, the company’s focus is commercial and utility solar PV applications. We have designed and commissioned over 1000 MW of photovoltaic systems for utilities, office buildings, plants and agricultural operations. The firm’s innovation DNA and financing abilities are the foundation upon which it builds added value for its clients. Staten is an award-winning EPC.  Staten thrives on meeting design challenges and delivering solar power in environments that confound others. We designed and built the first levee mounted solar system in the world, saving productive agricultural land while producing consistent savings for the owner.  Staten also works with architectural firms to integrate solar in high profile designs for corporate offices in Silicon Valley.   Staten is product agnostic and entertains strong relations with key equipment manufacturers (including Sunpower, Boviet, Canadian Solar). It can design and install any rooftop system (including ballasted, raised metal beam, membrane, etc…), any floating system, or carport, or ground-mount system. The firm concentrates on systems 350kW+ (0.5-5MW in CA, 20+MW in India and Africa).
