In 1925, John J. Sullivan gave birth to J.J. Sullivan, Inc., a small company with a three-pump gas station, one truck in a small garage, and little more than five-gallon cans of oil and kerosene. From this humble beginning, J.J. Sullivan Oil & Propane has grown into a provider of fuel oil and propane services and sales to shoreline residences from East Haven to Old Saybrook, CT. En route to the comprehensive energy company it is today, we have experienced a number of transitions. J.J. Sullivan grew from a gas station to a provider of range oil to a full-service fuel oil and propane delivery company.
