Thein Well was founded in 1893 and is one of the oldest and most well respected water well contractors in the Midwest. Bob and Mike Thein are fourth generation owners who have each been in the water well industry for over 35 years. Thein Well employs over 20 full-time employees who have years of experience and training in their division of the company.  We are licensed to provide services in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Nebraska. With over 125 years of experience in the industry, you can be confident in our ability to help you get clean, fresh water to your tap in a safe and timely manner.  We provide residential, municipal, irrigation, livestock, and poultry well construction, complete pump design, installation and service, environmental drilling, geothermal drilling and water conditioning.
