Launch Energy

Most Solar companies promise full training and support but rarely deliver.  They simply give you a badge and some gear, if you’re lucky, and tell you to go knock doors to generate appointments with no training. They pay you a fraction of your worth, while the “Closers” come in and lose your deals, leaving you with little to no commissions. While the few that do close, take months to get installed. They promise you that you can be a Closer too, someday, but that day rarely comes, because the strategy is to keep you generating low-cost, high-value leads for them until you’re fed up and leave.  This is not a good strategy in today’s uber-competitive Solar market, but unfortunately, it’s what most solar companies are doing because they do not have the systems and processes in place to scale a reliable, predictable business with their sales partners in mind.
