The Procedures, Terms & Conditions stipulated herein are in accordance with the procedures, terms and conditions of procuring Oil & Gas Products from the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan Republic terms and conditions.

CONTRACT TERM: SPOT / 12 MONTHS AND/OR WITH ROLLS & EXTENSION POP: PROVIDED AS PER DOCUMENTS LISTED IN CONTRACT PAYMENT TERM: MT103 T-T /SBLC-BG MT760 WITH POSSIBLE DLC MT700.

COMMISSION: PAID BY REFINERY/SELLER COMPANY AS PER NCNDA-IMFPA.
