2. DOCUMENTATION

1) Certificate of Purity and/or Assay Report issued by Smelter

2) Commercial Invoice

3) Certificate of Ownership

4) Packing List

5) Certificate of Origin (South Korea)

6) All export permit documents

7) Weight List with Serial No., Law, and total weight stamped on each bar

8) Tax Clearance including Declaration that the Product is Free from Liens and Encumbrances

9) Safekeeping Receipt (SKR)

Please note: All documents are issued by the owners or authorities in South Korea. This deal is backed by the Government Representatives.

3. TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

3.1 The buyer issue LOI + a copy of the license

3.2 Seller issue FCO

3.3 The Buyer accepts and signs the FCO.

3.4 The Seller will send a draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with all agreed details. The Seller and the Buyer agree on Terms and Conditions of the SPA and sign it. 3.5 The Buyer's bank then shall send a Proof of Fund (via MT799, PoF) to Seller's bank, Seller's bank will send the complete documentation (PoP in copy) to Buyer's bank.

3.6 Buyer can verify the material (the quality and quantity at the bank/security warehouse) via an independent surveyor (Assay).

3.5 Final payment details to be agreed.

Comment: The buyer pays for everything he checks, shipping against payment.
