FingerMotion discusses firm natural gas supply terms for Alberta corridor sites
SEATTLE (Oil Monster): FingerMotion is in discussions with multiple natural gas suppliers and midstream counterparties regarding possible firm supply arrangements to support generation at its Alberta corridor sites.
The company has entered into a non-binding three-party memorandum of understanding with Lyken.AI and BlueFlare. This agreement aims to operationalize Lyken as the customer-facing demand layer under FingerMotion’s existing BlueFlare development framework.
Supply Discussions
FingerMotion noted that natural gas supply discussions are ongoing for behind-the-meter generation projects targeted at specific sites within Alberta corridors. The topics in discussion include terms, volume, delivery points, and pricing mechanisms.
No definitive commercial, supply, offtake, or financing agreements have been executed regarding these generation plans.
Key Terms and Status
The MOU with Lyken.AI and BlueFlare is non-binding in nature.
Lyken will serve as the customer-facing demand layer.
