Hydrophase, Inc. was founded in 1995 by James Carr, LPG, to provide assistance in meeting groundwater and environmental challenges for diverse clients. Mr. Carr began his career in the late 1980s, and over the years worked as a project geologist and manager at many environmental sites, assessing the level of contamination in the soil and groundwater. These include sites throughout the Midwest, and also in Florida, Wyoming and Mississippi.  Experience in hydrogeology and federal/state regulations have been essential in investigating sites impacted by petroleum products, chlorinated solvents, and inorganic contaminants, in addition to development and protection of drinking water sources. 

Hydrophase, Inc. is an environmental consulting company providing solutions in groundwater resource development and protection, hydrogeologic analysis, as well as environmental compliance. Our familiarity with regulations and the hydrogeology of the Midwest, as well as lower overhead, enables us to work within more competitive timelines and budgets. We pride ourselves on having good relationships with regulators and providing timely response and turnaround for our customers. We place customer service at a premium and it is reflected by referrals and the repeat business we receive.
