SEATTLE (Oil Monster): Piedmont Natural Gas announced that it has decided to carry out its essential infrastructure maintenance on Griffin Road’s 1200 block in Snow Hill, N.C. from June 5th to 13th. The timeline may be affected by potential delays in connection with weather conditions. The routine maintenance will ensure highest level of safety and reliability in natural gas services offered by the energy services company.

The company noted that residents and businesses are likely to experience a flare stack in operation, which may emit loud noises, flame or even the smell of natural gas. The flaring operation will be carried out under the supervision of experienced Piedmont Natural Gas employees in collaboration with local fire department resources. Also, for safety reasons, access to the worksite will be limited.
