Abbay Technical Services was established in 1985 By William N. Abbay to provide California Title 24 energy calculations.  Anne M. McQueeney came on board in 1990 and mentored with Bill for 11 years before purchasing the business in 2001, upon Bill's retirement.

Abbay Technical Services and its knowledgeable staff now offers building consulting services with building energy code compliance in California, and for LEED projects anywhere in the United States. We also offer guidance with rebate programs, tax incentives, CALGreen, and HERS Verifications.

Experience is the major key to doing building energy compliance.  How each component varies to achieve compliance in the most cost effective way can only be known by performing many energy calculations in many different climate zones.  Anne M.
