MONARCH PRIVATE CAPITAL

Monarch Private Capital was founded in 2005 as a partnership between Robin Delmer, an Atlanta-based affordable housing developer, and George Strobel, a high net worth family tax advisor. Today, they bring their experience directly into credit acquisitions and investments.  MPC originally invested in Georgia affordable housing projects to receive allocations of affordable housing tax credits, funded through a combination of equity, bank debt and seller financing. We marketed directly to taxpayers through our network of CPAs, lawyers, family office managers and other tax advisors in the southeast. The company grew through selective investment in developments that generate tax credits in Georgia and other states. Monarch Private Capital developed its brand as a distinguished, high-quality provider of multi-state tax credits of all varieties.  MPC then expanded to marketing film credits generated by major studios as well as investing in renewable energy projects that generate transferable state and federal tax credits.  MPC operates Monarch Tax Credits (MTC) for syndication services and Monarch Private Investment (MPI) for other investment including renewable energy development, historic redevelopment, and affordable housing.  Monarch Private Capital is headquartered in Atlanta, and has regional offices located throughout the U.S.
