The Banks Group is a family owned, County Durham based, business employing over 300 people across Scotland and the north of England. Founded in 1976, we have over 40 years’ experience of developing and delivering complex projects. We develop and reclaim land (if needed) for a variety of uses including surface mining, residential and commercial property, and renewable energy (on shore wind and solar PV). Our team sees projects through from inception to completion including gaining all necessary planning permissions.
