In my personal opinion my position relate to a leadership role because as the CEO I have to lead the way for my companies greatness. Emotional intelligence plays the main role in my vision statement because without caring and compassion my vision statement voids itself out completely. My personal vision statement is a mixture of both science and values. The science is the deliverance of electricity harnessed and transformed from sunlight to and through PV systems. Values because there has to be a certain level of integrity when involving yourself in this line of business. providing reliable and innovative solar solutions.
