BioEnergy Hawaii, LLC is a project development company, established to address the fundamental problems associated with the current waste disposal operations in Hawai‘i. BioEnergy Hawaii has partnered with community leaders and industry experts to develop sustainable solutions through innovative waste treatment and alternative energy operations. BioEnergy Hawaii is committed to working alongside the residents and businesses in Hawai‘i to encourage and support numerous initiatives, including environmental stewardship, sustainable communities, and economic growth.

Environmental Stewardship:

The resource recovery initiatives will substantially increase the landfill diversion and recycling rate and reduce environmental impacts associated with landfill disposal operations. By diverting waste from landfills, and utilizing the material for beneficial purposes, Hawai‘i can achieve reduced land and water pollution as well as reduced greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions.
