Burlington Enterprises Corporation (BEC) is a services company that is wholly owned by the City of Burlington. Burlington Hydro Inc. (BHI) and Burlington Electricity Services Inc. (BESI) are affiliate companies owned by Burlington Enterprises Corporation.  Burlington Hydro serves approximately 67,500 residential and commercial customers in the City of Burlington, delivering electricity into the community through a network of 1,600 kilometres of medium-voltage distribution lines and 32 substations.
