Byrnes Oil Company was started in 1963 by Gordon and Helen Byrnes. In the beginning, they started as commissioned agents for Standard Oil, Co. serving the areas of Pilot Rock, Ukiah, and Dale, Oregon.  We have now expanded to include bulk plants in Pendleton, Walla Walla, La Grande, and Baker City, and 19 Commercial Cardlock Facilities spread throughout Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington.
