The Campo and Poole families have been providing fuel services to the Treasure Valley since the late 1940’s. Campo Oil was founded by Art Campo in 1949 and Poole Oil was founded by Norman Poole in 1961. The two companies jointly founded PC Energy in 2009 to become Eastern Oregon’s only bio diesel blending facility. In 2012, Campo Oil and Poole Oil merged to become Campo & Poole Distributing.  Campo & Poole Distributing offers a full range of fuel products and services to customers from Burns & Baker City, Oregon to Pocatello, Idaho. Products include gasoline and diesel fuel, oil and lubricants and diesel exhaust fluid. Services include bulk fuel delivery, bio diesel blending, diesel exhaust fluid blending, cardlock services and fuel management. Our customers range from individuals requiring a few hundred gallons of heating fuel per year to large commercial customers purchasing thousands of gallons of fuel per week.  The Company is owned and led by three, second-generation members of the Campo and Poole families. Ralph Poole joined the Company in 1979 and is currently the CEO. Dennis Campo was born and raised in the fuel industry and oversees all company operations. Ken Poole joined the Company in 1984 and oversees sales and marketing. The Company employs approximately 25 people at their Ontario and Fruitland locations.  Campo & Poole Distributing is committed to providing our customers with quality products and services with exceptional customer service. Since 1949 the Campo and Poole families have been providing fuel services in and around the Treasure Valley. The two families combined in 2009 to create Eastern Oregon’s only bio diesel blending facility, PC Energy. In 2012 the two family companies merged creating a lower priced fuel service reaching from Burns, Oregon to Pocatello, Idaho.    Campo & Poole Distributing provides bulk fuel delivery, bulk and packaged lube distribution, bulk and packaged diesel exhaust fluid services, over 1.5 million gallons in bulk fuel storage, cardlock fuel sites, and fuel management services.

Our Services

• Our fleet of Tank Wagon and Transport delivery vehicles can provide bulk fuel delivery for loads of 100 to 11,000 gallons. Contact us and our customer sales representative will be in touch with you shortly. We are also available to provide bulk fuel loading for distributors.
• Campo & Poole offers a variety of lubricants and oils in a variety of volumes to fit your needs: 1 quart, 1 gallon, 5 gallon buckets, 55 gallon drums, and bulk. We also feature food grade products from JAX for your specialty needs. Our lineup of gear oils, greases and hydraulic fluids includes Phillips 66, Chevron, and Shell, as well as Phillips X/C and AeroShell aviation products. We also offer anti-freeze, washer fluid, and CleanBoost fuel additives. Contact us if you need coordination with major suppliers for the development of specialized lubricants.
• Our BioDiesel terminal, PC Energy, is eastern Oregon’s only bio blending plant. We can supply any bottom loading transport truck with customized diesel product. Our rail side facility and over 1 million gallons in storage allows for the best biodiesel prices in the region.
• In order to meet the 2010 EPA regulations all diesel engines manufactured after that year require diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). DEF is injected into the exhaust system from a dedicated tank and is vaporized to reduce Nitrogen Oxide which is harmful to the environment. We offer both bulk delivery or packaged DEF in 2.5 gallon containers, 55 gallon drums and 330 gallon totes. Contact us about our DEF blending plant.
• Our fuel delivery team is skilled in a variety of fuel applications such as special equipment fueling like wind power generation turbines and special fueling environments as we support the Bureau of Land Management in wildfire suppression. We also coordinate custom lubrication development for specific customer needs.
