The current high CO2 emissions from a kWh of electricity is due to the fact that the residual heat from the production process is left unused in most cases. Re-use of this is possible through district heating, among other things, the problem of this often lies in costs and the transport distance of the heat.
With regard to our target group, centrally heated residential complexes, there is often a challenge with regard to the local generation of electricity (due to a limited roof surface). By meeting an existing electricity demand locally, 60-70% of the heat demand is met using residual heat from this process.
A combination with post-insulation is therefore perfectly possible, the power plant only forms the base load of the heat demand. Compared to the separate generation of electricity and heat, 60-70% less fossil fuels are used, which leads to an average of 30% CO2 reduction (on the total energy supply). In terms of energy index, this results in an average of 3 steps, just through the installation. Cheappower4U helps its customers by implementing an existing process in a smarter way, without complicated heat transport networks, with associated high costs.
