Chemlogic was founded by its President, Tracy Kehrer, in 1999 after selling out of a partnership in a global specialty chemical business. Having been in various key levels of management in the largest oilfield-refinery-process specialty chemical, Petrolite (now known as GE Baker Petrolite), Tracy found his love for product development as a Product Manager, and eventually a Marketing Manager, within the global company. His passion for the wholesale market segment was fanned as he managed the Petrolite Specialty Intermediates Group (the wholesale provider of technologies to Schlumberger, Halliburton, Weatherford, Baroid, Magcobar, and numerous specialty chemical companies.    Today, Chemlogic is managed by his sons in different deparments.
