Conestoga Energy Partners, LLC is keeping our world greener through the production of low-carbon renewable energy. Established in 2006 in Liberal, Kansas, Conestoga Energy now operates three ethanol plants with a total production capacity of 205 million gallons, and is also one of the leading providers of distiller grain products for animal feeds.

• 2007  Bonanza Bioenergy, LLC begins operation in Garden City, Kansas. The ethanol plant has a production capability of 55 million gallons per year.  Arkalon Ethanol, LLC begins operation in Liberal, Kansas. The ethanol plant has a production capability of 110 million gallons per year.
• 2012  Conestoga Energy takes over management of Diamond Ethanol in Levelland, Texas. The ethanol plant has a production capacity of 40 million gallons per year.
• 2013  Bonanza Bioenergy begins using Syngenta Enogen® corn, the first grain bioengineered specifically for the ethanol industry.
• 2014  Arkalon Ethanol and Bonanza Bioenergy plants merge.  Bonanza Bioenergy begins corn oil extraction.
• 2017  Conestoga Energy acquires VicNRG, LLC (Victory Renewables), a leading marketing, distribution and terminal operating company for biodiesel—enabling Conestoga and Victory Renewables to better serve the needs of our customers in the energy and agriculture sectors.

Distillers

Conestoga manages the marketing, sales, delivery and billing of co-products produced at our plants. These co-products include WDG, DDG, CCDS, and Corn Oil.  We strive to produce quality, consistent co-products that can be utilized with a great deal of confidence by our cattle feeding partners. More than a by-product, our distiller’s grains are considered a valuable feed ingredient! We price our products based on a dry matter of 35% and a crude fat content of 9.5% and stand behind these levels, adjusting the price when we are unable to reach these targets.
