HISTORY

Founded in 1960 by “Charlie” Cummins and “Chub” Wagner, Cummins-Wagner serves Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania with leading brands of compressors, pumps, and heat transfer equipment, and offers exceptional customer service and support services such as system design, assembly, and aftermarket service and repair.  In 1985, Cummins and Wagner established an ESOP and sold the company to the employees, so now the 200 employee-owners are driven to deliver the best possible products and customer service.  Cummins-Wagner acquired Siewert Equipment and Siewert Classic in 2008, expanding our reach to include markets in New York State and Florida.  In 2012, Cummins-Wagner established its Engineered Process Solutions (EPS) division in West Chester, PA, expanding on the already-growing demand for packaged systems for pressure boosting, heat transfer, fuel oil transfer, and other industrial applications.  More recent acquisitions include Siewert Equipment acquiring J.L. Moore in 2014 for the NY territory. In 2017 Cummins-Wagner acquired EESCO Pump & Valve, which expanded our service capabilities in the Baltimore, Maryland area.
