Davis Gas is the only family-owned gas company in Alachua County. We have been serving Alachua and surrounding counties since 1963.

Today, as in many industries, the propane gas industry has seen the emergence of national and even international energy conglomerates. (Tru-gas is owned by Inergy, LPnow just bought out by Suburban Gas) But unlike other industries, these conglomerates rarely promote their presence. In most cases there isnt even a name change. And that makes it difficult for you, as a consumer, to easily tell the conglomerate-owned gas company from our family-owned company.
