Dubitec has been active in International Plastic Recycling since 2002.  Dubitec Group consists of all arms of our company:  European, Chinese, Australian and American operation units. As a successful medium sized company Dubitec Group offers its customers a complete range of plastic waste recycling.  We are a reliable partner for both post consumer and post industrial recycling. In addition we offer our recycling services to companies on a Global Scale with the ability to export from many continents.  We have the experience and the expertise to handle any challenge in the ever-changing industry of plastic recycling. Dubitec America, Inc. was started in Fountain Valley, CA. in 2008.  Starting out as a small outfit we have grown exponentially over the years in the United States.  This has been possible due to the hard work of good employees, the strength of our experience in recycling and the deep rooted desire of all people to help recycle where possible.

General Conditions of Purchase

SELLER AND BUYER AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY SHIPPING OR RECEIVING AGAINST ANY AND ALL PURCHASE ORDERS EVEN IF ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED BY EITHER PARTY. SELLER AGREES TO SELL MATERIAL TO BUYER BASED UPON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED, WHETHER THEY HAVE RECEIVED THIS INFORMTION IN WRITING OR NOT. PURCHASE ORDERS ARE ONLY VALID IF CARGO IS
SHIPPED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE ORDER DATE, OR BY A WRITTEN OR VERBAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.

Shipping Terms

Dubitec will provide either FAS, delivered to port by seller or FOB, picked up from you dock by buyer shipping terms at the sellers discretion. SELLER TAKES ON ALL COSTS FOR RETURNING CONTAINERS AFTER CUTOFF DATE, DAMAGE TO CONTAINER WHILE IN THEIR OR THEIR CONTRACTED TRUCK DRIVERS POSSESION.

PIERPASS
AND CTF WILL BE CLAIMED BY DUBITEC IF THE BOOKING REQUIRES IT. NOTE THAT DUBITEC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING PIERPASS OR CTF ON FAS SHIPMENTS. ANY SUCH FEES WILL BE BILLED BACK TO THE SUPPLIER FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

Payment Term
DUBITEC AGREES TO PAY AT THE SELLERS DISCRETION BY THE
METHOD: Net 30

PLEASE TAKE 8 LOADING PHOTOS PER CONTAINER AND SEND IT TO Dubitec FOR CUSTOMS PROCESSING. IF LOADING PHOTOS OF THE MATERIAL, CONTAINER DOOR OR SEAL ARE NOT PROVIDED/NOT LEGIBLE THE SUPPLIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR. THESE CHARGES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO) CUSTOMS PENALTIES, COST OF DIVERSION, COST OF PICKING UP THE CARGO AT ORIGIN TO TAKE THE PHOTOS, OR RETURNING CARGO TO POL.

Shipping Documents

DUBITEC REQUIRES THAT ALL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS AND LOADING PHOTOS ARE PROVIDED NO LATER THAN THE CUT OFF DATE. THIS IS REQUIRED TO PROPERLY FILE THE EXPORT DOCUMENTATION WITH CUSTOMS. THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDE, CERTIFIED SCALE TICKETS, PACKING LIST, BILL OF LADING.

Light Weight Policy

ALL UNDERWEIGHT ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO LIGHTWEIGHT CHARGES: LOADS THAT ARE UNDER PO WEIGHT WILL SUFFER A PRICE REDUCTION OF .005/lb FOR EVERY 500lbs UNDER THE WEIGHT STATED ON THE PURCHASED ORDER.
