Dynamic Production, Inc. (“Dynamic”) is a privately held independent oil and gas company primarily engaged in oil and gas exploration, production, and development. Formed as a Texas corporation on January 1, 1968, Dynamic is wholly owned by John H. Harvison and members of his family, all of Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Harvison has owned, managed, financed and/or otherwise been involved in a wide variety of business activities, including banking, real estate, retail gasoline and terminal operations, drilling rigs, international energy ventures and funding technology advancement initiatives. Dynamic, along with its related entities and wholly owned subsidiaries are also directly engaged in oilfield supply and support operations, real estate, and various other endeavors. Dynamic has participated in over 500 wells and currently serves as operator of a number of producing wells along the Texas Gulf Coast onshore area.

Dynamic’s personnel have been actively identifying, evaluating and developing oil and gas exploration and production projects along the Texas Gulf Coast since 1968. The company has been able to achieve a high rate of commercial success through the combined use of leading edge science and technology, and traditional subsurface geology. Dynamic has a full staff of seasoned professionals through which it is able to provide Dynamic and its joint venture partners impressive returns on their investments through a detailed and focused evaluation of each prospect submittal. Dynamic’s engineering personnel are experienced in drilling normal as well as over pressured vertical, deviated and horizontal wells ranging in depths from 3,000’ to 17,000’. Venture and commercial transaction partners have included ExxonMobil Corporation, Chevron Corporation, Newfield Exploration Company, XTO Energy, Apache Corporation, Bank of America, Plains Capital, Hunt Petroleum, Chesapeake Energy Corp., PetroHawk Energy, Rosetta Resources, Pioneer Natural Resources, Cimarex Energy and many others.

Operations

Dynamic Production, Inc. is a privately held independent Texas based oil and gas company engaged in onshore exploration, production and development primarily along the Texas Gulf Coast. In addition, Dynamic is involved in ongoing operations in various other Southwestern states.

• Within the last 12-18 months Dynamic and its partners amassed an 18,000 net acre leasehold position in the Mississippian Oil play of Northern Oklahoma. The Mississippian Oil play is an emerging horizontal play that has the potential to become one of the most profitable new domestic onshore plays today. Activity in the play is led by Chesapeake Energy Corporation, SandRidge Energy, Inc. and Eagle Energy Production, LLC. Dynamic continues to participate with these companies by virtue of its leasehold ownership. The Company has participated in more than a dozen horizontal Mississippian wells to date and believes that its acreage block is quickly becoming derisked, as results to date on average are achieved with pre-drill expectations.
• The Eagle Ford Shale (EFS) is quite possibly the largest single economic development in the history of the state of Texas. The play had more than a $25 billion dollar impact on the local South Texas economy in 2011.The play is located in South Texas and produces from various depths between 4,000 and 14,000 feet. The EFS takes its name from the town of Eagle Ford Texas where the shale outcrops at the surface in clay form. (Some operators refer to the play as the Eagleford.) • In recent years, Dynamic through its subsidiary Southern Arkansas Exploration LLC acquired approximately 15,000 acres within the Arkansas – Fayetteville Shale play. The Fayetteville Shale is an unconventional gas resource play which is the equivalent of the Barnett Shale play found in North Texas. We were able to identify and acquire acreage within the core area of the play and successfully negotiated and sold a large block of acreage to a large independent energy company at a substantial profit. We continue to participate in continued horizontal development of the play via our retained acreage with BP Petroleum, Chesapeake Energy Corporation, Southwestern Energy Company and BHP Billiton Petroleum. Dynamic is currently participating in the Eagle Ford Shale lease play of South Texas, where it has bought and sold over 5,000 net acres.
• Among our recent accomplishments is the discovery and delineation of the 100+ BCF Dynamic (Wilcox) field in Wharton County, Texas, which is currently being developed along with partner Newfield Exploration Company of Houston. This discovery is in-line with Dynamic’s core focus being on exploration and production within the Wilcox formation trend onshore along the Gulf Coast. The Dynamic field was discovered utilizing a 43 square mile proprietary 3D seismic program conducted by Dynamic, as Operator. Dynamic is currently pursuing similar opportunities along this trend, and even now is actively acquiring proprietary and non-proprietary 3D seismic data and developing new discoveries on leasehold in South Texas.
