We are loyal members of the REAL Assurance Scheme, (our member number is 00037611) which is an initiative backed by the Office of Fair Trading to ensure customers receive a high quality service. To us, this goes without saying, and is an important part of our customer care programme.
Being a specialist department of Ellison AC Plant Pac Group, we have the support and proficiency of our colleagues within Ellison, to strengthen our offering – proven through accreditations such as the Micro Generation Scheme. This is an international recognition stating that rigorous and tough standards must be continually met by EcoPac (number 13855) and other installers.
On completion of our work, we provide MCS certificates plus the application pack we filled in on your behalf, to make sure the Government’s ‘Feed in Tariff’ is receivable. We’re happy to do as much as we can to help out. It’s easy, just sit back and let EcoPac do the work.
