ECS Solar was founded in 1977 by Tom and Shirley Lane, the first solar contractor inducted into the International Solar Hall of Fame. This award, created by an act of congress in 1976, has only been given to 45 men and women from various countries throughout the world. Today, Tom serves as a consultant and under new ownership ESC remains the premier contractor for solar photovoltaic, pool-heaters and solar water heaters in central Florida.  With over 150 years of combined experience and more than 5,000 worldwide customers, we look forward to helping you meet your energy needs and your financial needs with solar – the world’s cleanest renewable source of fuel.
