HISTORY

E. M. Sergeant started as a residential coal-heat distributor in the early 1900’s. We’ve kept pace with a changing heating industry by adding home heating oil and other fuels in the 1930’s and then residential heating & cooling products in the early 1980’s. We added propane to our product offerings in 2006.

RESIDENTIAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We repair and maintain all makes and models of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, humidifiers, air cleaners and other heating and cooling products.  When its time for new equipment we are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and offer a complete line of heating and cooling equipment, air quality solutions and controls.  A full service provider for propane and home heating oil, we offer price protection, automatic fill and budget plans.
