ETX Energy is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma and owns, manages and operates upstream and midstream energy projects in Southeast Texas.  ETX is highly experienced in the application of advanced technologies such as horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracture stimulation to maximize the value of U.S. oil and natural gas reserves.To deploy capital to select lease and drill plays that have the profile to generate multiples of return while keeping operational and geological risk low. The Company seeks to capitalize on the depth of its technical team to boost recoverable reserves in lower risk basins.

Some of our recent efforts include being awarded the Tulsa Area United Way Small Business Award in 2015, as well as partnering with Castlerock Builders and Operation FINALLY HOME to provide a new, mortgage-free home to a US Army Staff Sergeant and his family.ETX Energy is currently focusing its activity on its acreage in East Texas. The Company has expertise in drilling and producing both horizontal and vertical well with production comingled from multiple zones. The opportunities presented by the stacked pay Buda, Georgetown, Edwards and Glen Rose formations (the “Buda-Rose”), as well as the Eagle Ford Shale are enormous. With two seismic plays representing over 350 square miles of drilling inventory, we are well positioned to exploit the basics both vertically and horizontally for the long term. The Company has identified a significant number of long term Eagle Ford locations and vertical Buda Rose locations. The Company restarted its drilling program in the first quarter of 2017.
