Evolution Petroleum develops and produces oil and gas reserves within known oil and gas resources utilizing conventional technology onshore in the United States. Principal assets include interests in a CO2-EOR project in Louisianas Delhi Field.Our strategic focus is on increasing asset value on a per-share basis while rewarding shareholders through our common stock dividend. In doing so, we depend on a conservative capital structure, allowing us to maintain financial control of our assets while growing value per share for the benefit of our shareholders without undue dilution. Our employees and directors are fully aligned with shareholders through their beneficial ownership of the company.  Evolution Petroleum was formed in September 2003 and is listed on the NYSE under the symbol EPM. Our fiscal year ends on June 30.  At June 30, 2018, we have approximately 33.1 million common shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis.

Team: Officers

EPM outsources all functions not critical to its core competencies of field acquisition, operations control and finance. Accordingly, we employ a small headquarters staff, while outsourcing well pumping, oilfield regulatory compliance, human resources, property accounting, IT, product marketing and other back office functions. Since July 1, 2004, our general accounting and related property administrative activities have been performed by an independent group that meets the requirements set by EPM for SOC1 Type II internal audit and financial process controls. Since July 1, 2008, we have been compliant with SOX 404(a) controls over financial reporting, and since becoming an accelerated filer at June 20, 2011, we have been compliant with SOX 404(b) controls.
