Our tradition of service began in 1919 when Wilbur A. Dyer purchased a wood and coal business from Dr. T. Lawrence Swift. It was the advent of Falmouth Coal Company, and the beginning of providing full-service energy solutions to homes and businesses throughout the Falmouth area.  Over the next decade, our Massachusetts’ energy company expanded to include heating oil and kerosene delivery. Through a fruitful partnership with Gulf Oil, we owned and operated several service stations in addition to delivering Gulf products.  Today, Falmouth Coal Company has evolved to become Falmouth Energy: a community leader and trusted source for a comprehensive range of energy solutions, proudly serving Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts. Services include fuel delivery, heating & air conditioning service, and generator service.   January 2008, Falmouth Energy entered its fourth generation of family ownership. While our product and service offerings continue to expand, we still embrace the service values that sparked our success so many decades ago. Heating & Air Conditioning Services

Heating Oil & Diesel Fuel Delivery

Falmouth Energy has been providing Southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and the Islands customers with premium heating oil and diesel fuel delivery services for nearly a century. We attribute our longevity to people: those we employ and those we serve. For our fourth generation family-owned company, people always come first. Keeping this in mind, our dedicated drivers take the extra steps necessary to ensure that your deliveries are safely and efficiently completed.

Fuel Oil Delivery

From 275-gallon household tanks to 10,000-gallon industrial tanks, we are a full-service fuel delivery operation. We supply home heating oil to residents, as well as fuel to small businesses and larger corporations throughout our MA delivery area. All of our fuel contains a premium additive specifically formulated for heating oil, eliminating the inconvenience of dirty burner nozzles, plugged fuel filters and blocked fuel lines. Because of our oil quality, our home oil and fuel prices are not the cheapest in town. However, we keep prices competitive within the markets we serve—and we provide heating oil that keeps your system running cleaner and more efficiently.

Automatic Fuel Delivery & Will-Call Delivery Services

Falmouth Energy relies on the best available technology to customize your fuel delivery. We utilize a Johnson Degree Day Meter that tracks the outside temperature every 15 seconds. This information is then entered into our software system and the result is accurate, on-time deliveries to your home or business—so you don’t have to worry about remembering to order fuel.  If you prefer, we also offer will-call fuel delivery service. Please allow two to three days for this option. The best time to order is when your tank gauge reads between ½ and ¼, and the minimum order quantity is 100 gallons. Volume discounts are available for orders over 250 gallons.

Diesel Fuel Delivery Service

In addition to heating oil, Falmouth Energy provides reliable, daily delivery of premium on-road and off-road diesel fuel. We can deliver fuel into a stationary tank or directly into trucks or equipment. Delivery of marine diesel fuel can also be arranged for Falmouth Harbor.
