The Company is headquartered in NORTH 5TH STREET MCALLEN TEXAS and has been operating in the the united states basin for over 27 years. The Company’s shares trade on both the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol PGF and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol PGH.

• Planning Goods and services should be acquired after consideration of needs, alternatives, timing, and the availability of funds.
• Sourcing The process by which vendors compete for our business shall be fair, consistent, and non-discriminatory.
• Purchasing Goods and services shall be acquired competively from qualified vendors to meet specified needs and to achieve the best value for money expended.
• Accountability Approvals shall be obtained and documentation shall be retained for review and auditing.

Our Strategy

Our long-term strategy is to build a sustainable entity focused on long-life, low cost, competitively advantaged assets targeting large accumulations of oil, bitumen and natural gas. We strive to achieve a balanced development approach between thermal assets and conventional assets designed to generate long-term growth in production, reserves and cash flow.  Fargo maintains a focused, high-quality resource base, including significant acreage in Lloydminster oil sands play in Alberta, our Lindbergh thermal oil property, combined with an interest in one of the most prolific natural gas shale plays in North America, the Montney where the Company has its Groundbirch natural gas assets. With these two 100 percent owned and operated core growth assets, the Company enjoys an inventory profile with significant future development opportunities and positions foargo for sustained growth for years to come.
