About Company

Firecreek Global, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Fort Worth, Texas, focused on domestic U.S. and international oil and gas exploration and production. It is the parent company of Firecreek Petroleum, Inc. which has been active in Romania, Libya, the Eurasian countries of the former Soviet Union, and the Southwest Pacific. Firecreek Global together with its affiliates and partners, provide consulting and advisory services, specializing in oil and gas field rehabilitation and production enhancement. Firecreek Global has taken over those active projects.     Currently, Firecreek Global is focusing its efforts on the Palo Duro Basin in west Texas and the acquisition and development of the Antelat Field in Libya. It is looking at exploration blocks in Guatemala and in Colombia, South America. The Guatemala and Antelat Field are primarily carbonate rehabilitation and development projects.

History

Firecreek Global evolved over a forty-year period, beginning with Baron Company, started by Mr. John R. Taylor in 1976, which grew to have reserves of over $45 million U.S. Dollars before being sold to KCA International of England in 1980. Firecreek Petroleum, Inc., formed by Mr. Taylor’s father in 1983 and acquired by Mr. Taylor in 1986, and Firecreek Petroleum (Romania), Inc., formed in 1999 by Mr. Taylor and Mr. William E. Merritt, merged in 2004. The resulting company, registered in Delaware, kept the name Firecreek Petroleum, Inc. It was acquired by a public company, Energy Producers, Inc. that year. The parent company became EGPI Firecreek, Inc., and Mr. Taylor and Mr. Merritt became shareholders, directors and officers of the parent for several years before leaving to operate under Firecreek Global, Inc. Mr. Taylor and Mr. Merritt continue to consult from time to time with EGPI Firecreek but are no longer officers or directors of that company. Further information regarding Mr. Taylor and Mr. Merritt is provided further below.     Firecreek Global and its principals have specific expertise in exploration and project development. Firecreek also specializes in oil field rehabilitation and the development of atypical carbonate reservoirs. Mr. Taylor, through his association with Firecreek Global and its predecessors, has extensive experience in the commercial evaluation and extraction of commercial oil and gas production from carbonate formations. He has been involved with global carbonates in the Texas Austin Chalk formations, Colombian oil and gas ventures, Texas reef deposits, New Mexico, Louisiana and Nebraska oil and gas fields and operations, in the rehabilitation of older Romanian oilfields, and in oil and gas opportunities in Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Libya, and the Krasnodar area of Southern Russia. These areas were evaluated and monitored from the Istanbul, Turkey until it was closed and combined with the Southwest Pacific office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia     Firecreek expanded its focus to the Western Pacific area back in June 2002. Firecreek opened a regional representative office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It conducts a broad-based evaluation of potential petroleum and telecommunications opportunities in the region. This office was the initial focal point for the renewed activities in Vietnam and the Southwest Pacific area. The office was located on the 40th floor of Tower Two of the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur until the end of 2010 when it was closed, and resources refocused on opportunities in Africa.
