Foundation Energy Management, LLC  is a manager of energy investments for institutional partners. The company acquires, develops and enhances domestic oil and gas properties and associated midstream assets. Foundation Energy currently operates oil and gas properties in twelve states.

Foundation Energy generally seeks acquisition opportunities in the $5 to $100 million range that have significant current production, but also meaningful potential for exploitation or further development. The company has in-house technical and commercial expertise and resources to evaluate and close transactions quickly.  Over the past twelve years, Foundation Energy has raised institutional investment funds aggregating over $500 million.  The company is currently investing from its sixth fund.
