Fuel Delivery Services, Inc., was founded in 1998 as a refined petroleum products specialty carrier. Our drivers and management team are highly trained professionals with decades of industry experience. We are headquartered in Stockton, California, with additional terminals in Sacramento, San Jose, Petaluma, Benicia, and Fresno. We provide 24-hour dispatch, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Our fleet consists primarily of Peterbilts 2010 or newer, equipped with on board computers for messaging and GPS tracking to ensure safe and accurate deliveries.  From the smallest jobber to the largest major oil company, we are committed to providing the same quality, timely service to every customer at competitive freight rates.  Our mission is to be the highest quality and safest transportation company possible, with a focus on superior customer service. Our mission is to be the highest quality and safest transportation company possible, with a focus on superior customer service.Quality Fleet Service Center was developed to take care of the maintenance needs for FDS and VDP. We also complete outside repairs for established customers. Listed below are the services and accreditations that are provided:Currently we are staffed with 5 full time journeyman mechanics, 2 part-time journeyman mechanics, 4 full-time trainees and staff that will work to meet your requirements. Our hours of operation are M-F 7am to 7pm. Scheduled maintenance on Saturday & Sunday’s 7-3:30 pm. We can provide 24/7 road call assistance and service for our contract customers only.

• Full Service repair & maintenance using quality lubricants and filters.
• Computerized reporting and tracking.
• Ability to perform Federal and State inspections.
• Certified to perform VK testing on petroleum tanks only, CT-9950.
• Tank transfers from chassis to chassis.
• Install and repair pumping systems of various design.
• Opacity testing
• Air Conditioner repair and service.
• QFSC is not a certified tank repair facility, we DO NOT weld on tank shells.

Quality and Timely Service

Fuel Delivery Services provides delivery of clean petroleum products including but not limited to gasoline, diesel, bio diesel, ethanol, E85, and transmix from any of our 6 terminal locations servicing central and northern California. FDS provides industry-leading services to all customers on an On Demand and Dedicated basis. Our truck fleet is equipped with pumps for above ground deliveries and tank pump outs.  The delivery process is supported by our dispatch and inventory management departments, which operate 24/7/365. Utilizing the latest dispatch technology, our dispatch department schedules loads to maximize efficiency of drivers and equipment. We also provide inventory management for customers who want to ensure they do not run out of product. For these customers, we obtain inventory levels and schedule loads accordingly ensuring tank levels are kept as requested by the customer.

24/7 Dispatch Center

Our staff is available to receive orders and accurately enter them in our dispatch software. We also provide inventory management for customers who want to ensure they do not run out of product. For these customers, we obtain inventory levels and schedule loads accordingly ensuring tank levels are kept as requested by the customer.  Each dispatcher is required to go through extensive training before given the responsibility of working with our customers or scheduling our trucks. The purpose of this is to get "all" of our personnel on the same page. By each of our staff members being trained in this area, we minimize the risk of service failures and maximize our truck efficiency.
