Search Packages:
• Retained- The agreed upon fee is paid in 2 installments (half at the time of search inception and the remaining half  upon search completion, i.e candidate offer/acceptance). This package allows you to get the most specialized of attention and assistance in your high priority searches. Recommended for all executive level positions and any essential and immediate need positions to fill.

• Contingency- The agreed upon fee is paid in full at the offer and acceptance stage. Recommended for all other  professional positions.

Fee Structures:

•Fees are based on job function, as well as level of immediacy and difficulty of the search. The fees are determined  by an agreed upon percentage of the base salary (plus commission or guaranteed bonus if applicable) and will be  determined once we discuss the extent of your need. As always, special consideration is given for large searches
i.e. looking to fill more then one position at once) or extenuating circumstances.
